Open all the contents into your c:\ directory 

Using Folder Names when you unzip it

You'll find your files in 

C:\RicksHtmlIndexer\

If you don't know how to get there then you really need my program

Right mouse click on Start
Left Mouse Click on Exlore
Left Mouse Click on Local Disk C
Scroll down in the right pane or scroll right until you find
the folder
Double click on RicksHtmlIndexer3.hta with the white window icon
